Ben focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation in district court. He has managed and worked on highly complex cases involving various technology areas, including smartphones, flash memory, computer networking, digital image processing, and graphics processing, among others.

Ben has experience in all facets of patent litigation, including due diligence of patent portfolios for acquisition, preparing pleadings for all phases of litigation, and conducting discovery.

Ben has nearly ten 10 years of experience in IP. Prior to joining Kramer Alberti, Ben was a portfolio manager for a patent monetization group where he managed a patent portfolio exceeding 4,000 patents and was responsible for managing litigation against a multitude of Fortune 500 defendants.
