David Wiggins has over eighteen years of combined experience in Intellectual Property law, with focus in patent litigation and licensing, patent prosecution, and post grant proceedings. Prior to joining Kramer Alberti, David managed patent litigation as a director level in-house counsel at a global smartphone developer, and was also an associate attorney at two well-regarded IP law firms.  Before attending law school, David had meaningful software and systems engineering industry experience at prominent aerospace and commercial technology companies.  David has a strong technical background in a wide variety of computer and communications technologies, including computer architecture, display, hardware and software, microprocessors, Internet technologies, semiconductor, wireless communication systems and standards, smartphones, streaming technologies, computer networking, and video compression.
