Ms. Kasuboski joins in an associate position, bringing a technical background and significant IP litigation experience across multiple legal venues. Ms. Kasuboski adds to Kramer Alberti’s Washington, D.C. team and lends significant experience with matters within the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Ms. Kasuboski holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Ohio State University, and a master’s degree in teaching from Fordham University.  She earned a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
