Kramer Alberti Lim & Tonkovich LLP announced that technologist Greg Bosch has joined the firm, adding significant technical expertise and litigation-tested experience to its team. Robert Kramer, a partner in the firm, made the announcement.

Mr. Bosch is an experienced technology consultant, software engineer, and source code analyst, with more than 15 years of experience in patent litigation. “We are very lucky to be able to add a unique talent like Greg to our team whose work I have respected for years,” stated partner Nicole Glauser.  “His ability to understand the complex and sophisticated nature of our clients’ technologies make him a strategic and tactical asset our team is able to leverage to win,” added partner Rob Kramer

Mr. Bosch holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from Lehigh University. He began his professional career as a consultant at KMPG before founding a private technology consultancy focused on intellectual property litigation support, including source code review and software development.

Prior to joining Kramer Alberti, Mr. Bosch consulted with several IP litigation firms, and he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in computer science as an Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University.  When asked how his time in the classroom complements his work in intellectual property, Mr. Bosch recalled, “A mentor of mine once said, ‘We can’t tell the jury what to think, but we can teach them to make the right decision.’  It’s a belief I often return to.”

At Kramer Alberti, Mr. Bosch provides technical expertise related to patent infringement, validity, claim construction, source code review, deposition preparation, and expert testimony.  He has experience in all phases of patent litigation and has joined trial teams in Texas and Delaware on multiple occasions.
