Mr. Bohl joins in an Of Counsel position, with a proven history of success in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Bohl possesses significant experience in patent litigation and general civil litigation.  Having a computer science background, he serves as a technical lead on cases reviewing infringement and validity issues.  He has tried numerous matters before the International Trade Commission, federal district court, and argued before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Bohl served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Washington.
