Nicki Glauser is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer renowned for her expertise in patent litigation. She is consistently selected to the prestigious list of Texas Top Women Attorneys and named a Texas Super Lawyer. She has also been recognized as a Texas Rising Star. She is a graduate of University of Texas Austin, and earlier in her career served as a judicial clerk for a judge on the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Tenth Circuit. With a focus on representing inventors, universities, and patent holders, Ms. Glauser has a proven track record of success protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights across various technological fields, including wireless signals, digital rights management, and renewable energy.
