Nicole “Nicki” Glauser has joined the firm as a Partner, and will lead Kramer Alberti’s new office in Austin.  Rick Chang joins Kramer Alberti’s Silicon Valley-based team in an Of Counsel role, bringing over twenty years of experience in intellectual property litigation and transactions. The opening of Kramer Alberti’s Austin, TX office serves to further expand the firm’s national platform with its footprint in Silicon Valley, New York, and Washington, D.C. The Austin office, located in Austin’s vibrant downtown, will allow the firm to conveniently serve clients in the vibrant technology and innovation hub of central Texas.

Nicki Glauser is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer renowned for her expertise in patent litigation. She is consistently selected to the prestigious list of Texas Top Women Attorneys and named a Texas Super Lawyer. She has also been recognized as a Texas Rising Star. She is a graduate of University of Texas Austin, and earlier in her career served as a judicial clerk for a judge on the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Tenth Circuit. With a focus on representing inventors, universities, and patent holders, Ms. Glauser has a proven track record of success protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights across various technological fields, including wireless signals, digital rights management, and renewable energy. She has vast experience in district courts across the U.S. and in the Federal Circuit.
