Kramer Alberti Launches Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Practice Representing Generic Pharmaceutical Companies in ANDA Patent Litigation

We are excited to announce the formal launch of Kramer Alberti Lim & Tonkovich LLP’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Practice Group co-chaired by partners Dr. Russ Tonkovich in California and Jim Barabas in the New York City/New Jersey tri-state area.

The team members’ backgrounds are in medicine, biochemistry, and chemistry, and they have extensive experience in the field, having litigated across diverse technologies, including dozens of pharmaceutical cases as well as biotechnology and life sciences cases.  In the pharmaceutical area, we are focused on bringing our many years of experience to the representation of generic pharmaceutical companies in ANDA cases.
