Kramer Alberti to Sponsor IP Watchdog Women’s IP Forum 2025

Partner Nicki Glauser Speaking at Second Annual Conference
Nicki Glauser, a partner at Kramer Alberti, will be a featured speaker presenting “Patent Damages: Understanding What is Really at Stake” at this year’s IP Watchdog Women’s IP Forum 2025. The conference, now in its second year, focuses on opportunities for women in the intellectual property field, with “Master Level” female industry veterans, such as Ms. Glauser, sharing their knowledge and expertise with the audience, and mentoring younger rising stars at this dedicated assembly of women. Kramer Alberti is a proud sponsor of this conference.
“As a partner at one of the most successful patent litigation firms in the country, I am proud of what our firm has achieved, both hiring and celebrating female attorneys and professional staff,” stated Kramer Alberti partner Nicole Glauser. “The Women’s IP Forum provides a platform for us to share our courtroom experience with the next generation of gifted litigators and protectors of clients’ patents. I feel privileged to participate,” she continued.
“Nicki is among the most gifted patent trial lawyers in the country. Her commitment is truly inspiring – she’ll be speaking at a conference mentoring young women attorneys in Virginia one day and then jetting across the country to argue in a federal courtroom just days later, all while raising a family with young children. It’s remarkable, and a clear demonstration of Nicki’s and our firm’s unwavering commitment to mentoring women IP attorneys, and paying it forward, as they build their careers,” added Rob Kramer of the Kramer Alberti firm.
In addition to its support of IP Watchdog’s Women’s Forum, Kramer Alberti is a frequent supporter of other industry events such as IP Dealmakers Annual Forum, and its attorneys often present at IP conferences, as well as at universities, speaking to law and business school students interested in intellectual property matters and the business of IP law.
